With such an abundance of beautiful, wholesome produce found in the fields and gardens of Kent we make sure our kitchen uses local suppliers on a daily basis to bring you the best, and freshest of all the seasonal offerings.
Head Chef Bradley Knight combines modern cooking techniques with traditional pub fayre to conclude with a menu that features both traditional pub favourites as well as elegant modern classics. We challenge you to resist our heavenly
pudding menu which never fails to please. We also serve freshly baked pizzas using authentic Italian dough and
offer a children’s menu.
Each day we also offer a number of specials just to keep things interesting, and we always like a suggestion too!

We source our pork and lamb from Woodlands Farm, Canterbury who rear outdoor rare breed pigs and Sussex lambs with passion and expert husbandry skills. All our beef and chicken is sourced from our local butchers, Handcross, who work closely with their carefully selected farmer in East Sussex.
